Our Investment Groups are looking to hear from Canadian companies that are actively investing, have a lead investor, and can submit a pitch deck or executive summary. We invest in both male and female-led companies and appreciate female influence on the leadership team. Below is our selection criteria:

1. Lead confirmed and actively raising
2. Can submit a pitch deck and term sheet to us
3. Some revenue, 3^rd party validation or established user base, and near-term plan to convert to paid
4. Preference for: Women-led and Canadian early-stage companies (Series A or earlier)
5. Sector agnostic
6. Companies with a 5-7 year or less time horizon to exit
7. Focus on ROI and high-potential growth companies serving large market opportunities
8. Our average cheque size/investment range is: $30K-$50K CAD so the minimum investment needs to be in line with this cheque size
9. We like companies that do no harm
